outdoor fun fairy

This card was created for Farm Fresh Fridays challenge at The Greeting Farm's blog. The theme was "the great outdoors." I hope my cute TGF fairy and the umbrella and the cute flowers make it outdoorsy enough.

I can't find the supply list, so will have to update the post later with specific colors. I do know the patterned papers are Dear Lizzy by American Crafts, 5th and Floral collection? And also Simple Stories Vintage Bliss collection. I'm thrilled the colors matched well enough, because the Simple Stories papers have been used a lot, and I only have bits and pieces left. I believe I used nestabilities decorative labels #8. The image was colored with Copics, and the umbrella I had to add a part to the left because it wasn't a complete umbrella. I cut it out from one of the Vintage Bliss papers, and the little accents under it, too.

birds and butterflies

This is a card I made using Sunday Sketch & Stamp's sketch. Challenge #166 is to pick any of their sketches and make a project. I went to the sketches tab and used the third from the top, but flipped it counterclockwise for my card.

Supplies used: Stamp is a Stampavie by Tina Wenke. I framed the stamp using a black pen. Copic colors used were B02,B00, Y000,Y00, Y18, G43, G46, RV17, RV19, YR68. Butterfly sticker is by K&Company-BW Flora & Fauna Butterfly Layered Accents. Resin white flowers are by The Paper Studio. The trim under the patterned paper is by a Martha Stewart punch. Papers from the Hopscotch Collection by Fancy Pants Designs.

A girly just because creation...

This card was made to salvage a botched card base. I accidentally folded at 6" instead of 5 1/2". I worked around it and made the card 4" by 5".
I am entering this card into Charisma Cardz #28 and That Craft Place Challenge Blog. Both had girly themes as a challenge.

Supplies used: Simple Stories Vintage Bliss paper collection, white card stock, blue and white washi tape, Copics E00,000, G82, 85, RV23, 34. Stamp is The Greeting Farm's Bright Bean and the sentiment from Shimmer Bean.

Garden Variety Tuesday challenge July 16

This is a card I made for TGF Garden Variety Tuesday. I used Simple Stories' Vintage Bliss Collection. I had only picked up a few 12x12 sheets to use as elements, but it looks like I'll have to get the whole collection. Love the bright colors and fun patterns! I also used several washi tapes and Recollections butterfly wood shapes. I paper pieced Alice Bean's bow on washi tape. Cut out some of the elements in the paper with an X-acto so I could stick the yellow panel behind them (butterfly and flowers). The sentiment sticker is an Amy Tangerine by American Crafts sticker. Copics I used were T0, E00, E000, BG02, 05, R32, Y13, 15. Card was mounted on white card stock.
