Frangipani worm/caterpillar

Just wanted to share a cool pic I took of a frangipani caterpillar. It turns into huge moths. They feed on frangipani plants here and will strip the trees bare, but they in turn fertilize the ground underneath with their waste, so the tree makes a complete recovery and grows even more leafy than before. These can be found in some states of the US and all the way to South America. This one is from where I live in Puerto Rico. If I see them on the ground, I put them back on the tree before people step on them, but it's a little scary because they will start thrashing and waving their little fake stinger. I usually let them climb on a leaf and then quickly put the leaf on the tree.
